Framed the way premium publishers frame it: a standing covenant with the advertiser, reviewed quarterly against industry standards.
01
The editorial desk and commercial work are separate. No advertiser buys, previews or amends editorial coverage, and no coverage of an advertiser is withheld because of a commercial relationship. A commercial relationship is disclosed on the page whenever it is material to the story.
02
Every article carries a named author and a dated corrections trail. Every factual claim carries at least two sources, and Qatar coverage always includes one local and one international source. There is no user generated, syndicated or aggregated inventory anywhere on the site.
03
Advertisers choose adjacency, not just audience. A placement can be excluded from any topic, section or individual article on request, at no penalty. Sponsor copy never runs adjacent to breaking coverage of conflict, disaster or tragedy.
04
Beyond universal exclusions (adult, gambling promotion, weapons, hate, misinformation, content farms), we review each campaign for tonal fit. A placement that is safe but jarring is a placement we decline or reschedule.
05
One unit per screen at most. No pop ups, vignettes, interstitials, autoplay with sound or forced click zones. Every sponsorship is clearly labelled, and creative is approved by the editor before it runs.
06
Category filters are on at the network level, and every direct advertiser is reviewed before a first campaign. Individual advertisers or agencies can be blocked permanently on request.
07
Google consent mode v2 is enabled site wide. Readers who decline advertising cookies receive non personalised advertising only, and we do not sell, rent or share reader data with advertisers or brokers.
08
A named contact answers every brand safety question within one business day. Corrections are published openly and dated on the affected page, and this charter is reviewed each quarter against industry standards.
Send your brief through the advertiser form and we will come back with placements, timing and rates within two business days.
